Business Process in Flow Chart

Hello fam :D

Now i'm gonna discuss about the business flow chart that i have learned and applied in educational purposed. I had this presentation about a business flow chart. Please do remember, it's not a business guidance, it's business process. So it's mean that this business process is involving from the very first step of the user to be led into the very last process.

What's the use? common user, it is very important because that we can follow the step one by one and any alternatives as things can get wrong in the process. and for the business owner, it can be functioned as the indicator to find the bottle neck in our business. In my assignment, i used the topic about "how to apply a mobile banking in a bank". have a look!
